Giveaway for Ontario Residents

February 01 2017

One in six children in the province of Ontario live below the poverty line and far too many of them wake without certainty of their next meal. Student nutrition programs are a great way for children to get the nutrition they need and are linked to positive outcomes.

Over the past 38 years, the Foundation has raised in excess of $85 million, which has gone toward over 250 organizations meeting a number of health and wellness needs including providing nutritious breakfasts and snacks for school-aged students.

Toonies for Tummies (#toonies4tummies), brought to you by The Grocery Foundation, returns February 9-23, 2017 to more than 355 Ontario stores including; Metro, Food Basics, Longo’s and participating independent grocers.

So how can you get involved in supporting Toonies for Tummies? You can shop at the participating retailers listed above, you can donate online, and you can purchase products from our sponsoring companies and brands.

Look for these items on shelves at a grocer near you!

Together we can help feed better futures!

Enter to win a $100 gift card to Longo's or Metro (Food Basics). You must be the age of majority and a resident of Ontario. Contest will end at 11:59pm ET on February 23rd.
